Roll Conveyor machines are used primarily to blast plate steel and structural beams horizontally. Wheels are strategically placed above and below the work surface according to application as it travels through the cabinet. The rollers are powered through the cabinet and are spaced according to dimension of work surface. While scale removal is the primary goal, these machines are also used to produce the needed profiles for coating.
Advantages include large scale removal top and bottom over a large surface as well as a smaller angled surface.
